WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese spiritual healing modality used for relaxation and stress reduction, which encourages healing. It may be considered alternative therapy but Reiki does not take the place of traditional medicine. Reiki translates loosely to “spiritual life force energy”, and is beneficial to a person’s physical, mental and emotional well-being. A practitioner performs Reiki by placing hands on or slightly above the body in order to transfer energy to the person. Massage is not involved and you remain fully clothed.
Distance Reiki is also possible, and can be sent to anyone anywhere in the world.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. Reiki will work whether you believe in it or not.
WHAT IS AN EVIDENTIAL MEDIUM?
An evidential medium is someone that will provide evidence about your loved one that can be validated beyond a shadow of a doubt. This evidence may include a description of your loved one’s appearance, personality, unique characteristics, etc. The evidential medium’s messages at the beginning of the reading are to help you overcome any skepticism about continuity of life after leaving the physical world.
A medium will receive these messages through one or more of the four clair senses:
- Claireaudience - Clear hearing
- Claircognizance - Clear knowing
- Clairsentience - Clear sensing
- Clairvoyance - Clear seeing
After the evidence has been delivered, the medium may present messages for you from your loved one.
